Can I wear red shoes with a black dress to a wedding.?

I did not want to get a black dress but i am a procrastinator and there wasn't much left.
It is an evening wedding!

Only wear the black dress if it is a night wedding and I don't care what time of day it is DO NOT wear red shoes.
