Ivory roses, simple baby's breath, white daisies (if a little less formal or outdoors). I also recommend using Ivy vine as a green. It goes lovely with red roses and is a traditional flower for marriages, representing ever growing love.

Another idea I have just had, that you could buy the fashion books and get a card and give her the fashion book one by one, in the right order, and make her open the cards. In the cards should be clues to if she's going to the mall, abroard etc.
