Losing 20 lbs in 30 days is not healthy. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week.
Also, exercising may help you put on muscle. So you're losing fat, but gaining muscle, so weightwise you aren't going to go down as much.
Focus on what you're eating. Switch over white carbs (i.e. breads, rice, pastas) to whole wheat. Eat lots of veggies and fruits. Eat lean proteins. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're satisfied. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Don't starve yourself or you'll just shut your metabolism down and won't lose weight. The best way to lose weight is to keep your metabolism going all the time - so having 5-6 small meals rather than 3 big ones.
Most importantly though, go by your health, not some number on a scale. If you have a lot of muscle mass from working out, then your clothes will fit better and you'll feel healthier, even if the scale doesn't go down as much as you wanted.
