Losing 5 pounds in a month is about right!! Stop stressing out. You can't crash diet without bad side effects, nor can you expect it to last. You should aim for about 1 to 1.5 pounds per week. That is long-lasting, healthy weight loss. You're on the right track. Just keep doing what you're doing, and soon, another 4 weeks will pass and that firve will turn to 10 pounds!

You can eliminate some puffiness or water weight just before the wedding by filling up on veggies and keeping simple carbs out of your diet. Drink lots of water. That will probably help you drop about another 3 - 5 just before the wedding day, for a total loss of about 13 - 15 pounds. Close.

You don't mention what you are eating. If you eat a big mac for lunch & dinner you aren't going to lose weight if you work out an hour and a half a day. Understand what I'm saying?

Eat low-fat healthy foods AND work out as you are and you should be able to lose weight. If not, you might need to consider talking to your doctor about your difficulty losing weight.

I joined weight watchers and its been a great help and good learning experience for me. I'm doing better every day.

Advocare Maximum Appetite Suppressant vitamin packs (expensive, but worth it; go to the advocare website and order it) and continue to work out. You also need to be doing heavy cardio (aerobics) work and cut out all fried foods, junk food, sodas, alcohol, pasta, and breads for the next month. I lost 28 lbs in 6 weeks by doing this.

It depends on how hard it is to find red shoes. If red is a fashionable color this year and a wide variety of red shoes are available at low cost then it's reasonable.

Health and Fitness has now become one of the major concerns. Earlier humans used to hunt for their living, due to which their body had to undergo a lot of physical exercise. This made life active and alert.

Dear change your diet and just follow below mentioned dieting system.
1. Morning cornflakes as a tiff in.
2. Afternoon eat only low fat food and mostly prefer without oil.
3. Don't take any snacks in between meal to supper.
4. Night just take two rotis this will reduce your fat.

Happy try!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
