Wash it two days before.. all depending on if you know you need to wash your hair. only you can tell when it's getting dirty.
i wash my hair only once a week

Your ment to wash your hair every 2 days , so depending on the last time you washed your hair . But if your hair isnt greasy and you just want the shine to it , then just wash your hair with conditoner or you a spray conditoner.

yes do it the night before. but do it at like 4 pm. so it dried before you go to bed. and definitely use conditioner. you wanna look shiny, but not greasy
