I wouldn't wear jeans but I wouldn't wear them even if it was at the courthouse. I would probably wear nice pants or khakis and a nice sweater or shirt. For your daughter I would put her in either cute pants and top or a little dress. Maybe get an extra use out of her Christmas outfit if it doesn't scream Christmas (ie. have santa or reindeer on it).

Informal - clean jeans and a sweater would be okay but a pair of dockers and sweater would be nicer. If you want to dress a little nicer feel free.

I say a nice pair of black pants or skirt with a nice top for you. Ava should wear a cute dress.

I would wear business casual clothes - either a nice pantsuit or dress pants and a blouse - since it's in January, dress warm.

I would put Ava in a little dress, she can get away with it being not formal and still in a dress looking adorable. For yourself, jeans and a nice top maybe heels????

I would just wear a pair of Dress pants and a nice and fancy shirt.
On Ava I would put a dress! Little girls can pull off a dress going anywhere!
