Default Driving Regulations for guests going to a wedding on a military base?

I am having a wedding on Naval Station Mayport. I am looking for some sort of list of regulations to pass on to the guests about driving on the base. From what I am seeing it seems like the military is pretty much standard across the board when it comes to these regulations. Any website references would be greatly appreciated.
I am in the military so I got all the basic stuff. I was just wondering if anyone has seen a list of facts people should know before driving on a military base.

Make sure they have insurance and registration as well as license up to date and verifiable, otherwise they may not be allowed to bring their vehicle on base.

JMB is right, a few other things you might want to do is, one give a list of expected people to the SP's, two, tell your guest to obey the traffic signs (speed limit, stop signs etc) and three, make sure they know pedestrians have the right of way.

All good answers so far. Additionally:
- NO WEAPONS! are allowed on base. This is a big deal.
-Especially for Mayport: no cell-phone use while driving. It is a DOD directive anyway, but they are stricter than most bases I have been on.
- Stay clear of restricted areas: These should be marked/guarded so not too much to worry there.
- Stop driving when/if you hear/see morning (0800) or evening (sunset) colors in progress.
- Pull over to allow any convoys to pass by.
- Troop formations on the road have right of way. Do not pass them.

Hope this helps.

Just tell them, they will need a Drivers will need a drivers license, proof of insurance and registeration to get a vistors pass.

Passengers will need a picture ID.

Most Bases make it illegal for ANYONE in a car to use a cell phone, even passengers !!!!!!!

Let them know, that they can be pulled over and the car searched at any time, no reason has to be given.

That traffic laws are strictly enforced, ( no 5 miles above the speed limit like in off post areas ).

That should about cover it.
