Oh, I love Jen's idea.

I was married 31 yrs ago, had my gown preserved and just opened it up this past week ---- it has been in the huge box for 31 yrs in a cupboard. One of my daughters is recently engaged (I have 3), but I know none of them will wear the dress. I've been looking at it and wondering what the heck I can do with the thing (veil and all). I'd love to make it into something special to give to each of my 3 daughters (cut it up and make something out of it), just can't figure out what that thing would be. Jen, your mom came up with such a good idea- wish I would have thought of that 28 years ago!

Would love to make that dress into something special that my daughters could use on their wedding day - anyone have ideas?
