1. No Drama - it's your ONE day - enjoy every minute of it because you'll remember it for the rest of your life. Let the little things go - even though they seem like a big deal at the time. This also means no bridezillas.

2. Fun and Food - No need to explain

3. Alcohol - let's be honest - most people drink and keeping it out of the party will just make guests mad since they're expecting it.

4. No cliche wedding songs that have been deemed manditory "fun" dances - this includes YMCA, the chicken dance, electric slide, etc.

5. No weddings on holidays or holiday weekends. People plan other events during this time. They don't want to spend their paid days off at your wedding (most likely =)
